The house includes a reserved parking spot in a private lot across the street, although you may find yourself relying on the nearby tram for downtown trips or the fantastic Burke Gilman trail when you go north or take-off on a leisurely bike ride.
Fully furnished means that you can watch the flat screen TV with cable and surf the wireless cable internet. This home is move-in ready, with dishes and linens. A king sized bed in the bedroom and a double bed in the small guest room make this a comfortable home. Two houseboat-sized bathrooms include a Jacuzzi tub.
